Experience summary

Elena Ivanushkina spent over 15 years in top multinationals like Danone and Microsoft combining challenging business and HR roles with regional and central responsibilities. She led a number of international organization development projects within HR function, covering 14 countries and helping the organizations to improve in people development, talent acquisition, building motivation and training programs within multicultural and cross-functional environment.

Headhunting Expertise

In 2010 she set up her own company in Barcelona, Spain, specialized on Headhunting and further on Career Consulting and Coaching. In mid-2014 Elena moved to Montreal, Canada. Thanks to this experience, she progressively became an executive leadership coach and leadership consultant. Her competencies are supported by personal experience of living and working in 5 countries (Russia, France, Chez Republic, Spain and now in Canada). Elena speaking 5 languages and coaching her clients in English, French, Russian and Spanish.

Elena uses a unique, and extremely effective Integral Coaching approach, designed to help people achieve a step-change in developing their competencies and reach their full potential, making a real difference. As Professional Certified Coach,she’s worked with a roster of clients, including multinational companies and smaller organizations in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, finance, technology, FMCG, nonprofits, and startup entrepreneurs in Canada, Russia and Spain.

Lecture

Elena is a lecture at University IQS, Barcelona, where she gives a course on “People upgrade” and accredited trainer at IATA, Montreal. She is a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences, providing workshops and publishes articles about Employees Skills and Competences in professional magazines.
